I can't remember the last time I jumped rope. I know it was when I was a kid and I loved it very much. Now as an adult I was given the opportinity to try this jump rope and I couldn't have been happier. Jump ropes nowadays are constructed of better material and quality. I remember jumping over what was essentially clothes lines (you know the one to jump double dutch). Anyway this is a well constructed jump rope. This jump rope is made of stainless steel encased in PVC. It is very sturdy and has very soft foam handles that make gripping it comfortable and easy. The jump rope is also very pretty to look at. 

What is great about this jump rope is that you can adjust the length of the jump rope according to your height. On the back of the box there is a picture diagram that shows you instructions on what the proper height your jump rope should be. Extending your hand out, the top of the handles should not exceed your arm height. If it does then it should be cut down accordinlgy until you reach the right height. It is important to do this to prevent you from injuring yourself or your spine. Just FYI: You don't necessarily have to cut the rope to get your desired length. I am 5'4 and I did not have to cut mine as it was a perfect length for me, but if you have to cut yours than simply unscrew and twist the handle to open it up and pull the black piece down and move the slider down to the proper length you need and then slide the pieces back together and screw the handle back on. Viola! This is a great method to use if you plan on sharing this jump rope with another person who is taller or shorter than you. 

I love this jump rope very much. One because it brings me memories of when I was a little kid jumping with friends and two because it is a great way to get my cardio in for the day! Something as simple as a jump rope had my heart racing within seconds. Either I am out of shape (which I know I am LOL) or this is a great exercise tool that will help whip me back into shape (this is true too)! This is a very light weight jump rope that you are able to take anywhere with you and I am very pleased with it! ^_^

I am a Registered Nurse and I love the convenience of these pulse oximeters. I love to call this a pulse ox though as do many other nurses. There is nothing worse than trying to obtain vital signs for your patient and find out that someone else is using it for their five patients; gets frustrating very fast! I've been using this towel for quite some time now and I have to say that I love it! I love that the towel can be multi-use and versatile.
