This clay is wonderful. It comes in powder form so be careful when opening as some of the contents fell on the floor but nothing to worry about. Directions say to mix 3 parts of water to 1 part clay until it forms a smooth clay then you are ready to apply to your face and allow to dry for about 20 minutes. If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended that you leave the clay mask on for half the time. Next, wash your face with warm water, enjoy the results and use once a week for optimal results!  

I used entirely too much powder. I added 1/3 cup of powder to 1 cup of water and I didn't think it would make much clay nut I was wrong. I only used a fraction of it and ended up giving my sister a facial and giving the rest to her so she could use home. I would recommend one or two table spoons of powder and gradually increasing for your needs. 

I was left with super baby soft skin. My face was ashy afterward though, so I put on some lotion, but wow! I am very impressed at the results. I will caution that while removing the dried clay from your face you should definitely plan to do so in the shower or if using a warm towel to let the towel soak into your face to soften the clay a bit. I made the mistake of trying to "scrub" the clay off and ended up irritating my skin. Yeah, I know, dumb move, but it's one that I learned from. I promise that after completely removing the clay mask from your face your face will feel rejuvenated and new; I know mine did! 

This clay is great to reveal beautiful skin: The clay makes a fabulous facial mask which is great for shrinking pores, tightening and toning skin, removing impurities, and just making your skin look and feel great overall. I finally have a blow dryer! I have owned an Andis Styler 1875 for as long as I can remember but it has not dried my hair at the speed that this Xtava hair dryer has accomplished with my hair. I also love that the hair dryer has a concentrator nozzle allowing me to precisely target sections of my hair to dry.  I also love that I am able to get my hair dried in less than 20 minutes! With the Andis Styler it took me about 30-40 minutes just to dry my hair and since I like my hair bone straight I would have to follow that with two rounds of the flat iron. When I would blow dry my hair with the Andis Styler I was left with dry puffy and frizzy hair, but with this hair dryer my hair is naturally straighter and less puffy. I am amazed at all the benefits this water has to offer and especially because it is 100% rose water with no other additives added. Apparently this Rose water has natural calming and soothing properties and maintains the pH level of skin to make it soft, supple and add a glow. Since it kept popping up on reviews that you should neutralize the peel, I used a mixture of baking soda and water on my face to neutralize it, then I rinsed it completely off and followed that by moisturizing my face with some coconut oil I had on hand. My face started to peel the next day and I was a little frightened because I wasn't accustomed to it, but the peel was doing what it was supposed to do. The peeling stopped after about three days and it revealed beautiful, soft, blackhead free skin! The process wasn't exactly pretty but the results? WOW! Application of the product

Pure Body Naturals Lemon Essential Oil is made of 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oil with no fillers or additives. It is essentially the most amazing essential oil I have ever owned and tried! The smell is amazing! It smells exactly as if you were taking a whiff out of a lemon rind and no duh, the one and only ingredient of this essential oil is Lemon Peel Oil. On the bottle it clearly states that because this oil is highly concentrated it should not be applied directly onto the skin. I recommend adding a drop to your favorite skin care products if you want to include this oil into your daily regimen. Add one or two drops into bottled water to give it a refreshing taste. This oil would be perfect for the summertime when I make pitchers of lemonade and I can add several drops to enhance the flavor of it! I would even add a few drops while making soup, zesty shrimp scampi or making a smoothie. It is amazing what this oil can do! It is naturally a detox, antiseptic and disinfectant, and has the ability to treat stress disorders. Lemon oil is calming in nature and therefore helps in alleviating mental fatigue, exhaustion, dizziness, anxiety, nervousness and nervous tension. It has the ability to calm you down and feel at ease. It also helps with fever, infections, asthma, obesity, insomnia, skin disorders, hair conditions, stomach problems and tiredness and is also a good immune system booster, and it helps aid in digestion, and can detoxify and purify the liver. I got to try this teeth whitening kit and I could not be happier! I am so thrilled that I could finally achieve (almost) Colgate commercial pearly whites! The best way for you to see results is to take before and after pictures of your teeth to track your progress. I love the blue LED light provided! It speeds up the whitening process and it looks cool. 

I definitely recommend buying their remineralization gel if you have never used a whitening kit before or have sensitive teeth like me. This helps prevent your teeth from becoming overly sensitive to the product. It restores minerals and helps strengthen enamel as well! Trust me when I say that I have such sensitive teeth that I cannot eat ice chips or bite into ice cream! It is that bad, but with this remineralization gel, my teeth do not feel sensitive to it and I am happy about that because I could not imagine my teeth being even more sensitive than they are currently. When it comes to the application process when using the remineralization gel you want to be extra cautious when applying the gel and try to avoid getting it on your gums because along with reading Dr Song's instructions I have also read several reviews where they state that after getting the gel on their gums they felt irritation and some even experienced gum color change which is temporary but still, please be cautious!  In my opinion I believe this kit is amazing because you get the same awesome results as you would visiting a dentist without that expensive price tag. You get to save yourself from taking a trip to the dentist, you save money and you get to whiten your teeth from the comfort of your own home! You really can't beat that and after two weeks of using it I saw noticeably positive results. My teeth are not stained or very yellow but they are no paper whites either. Product Instructions:
Tray Instructions:

Step 1: Place the tray over the upper teeth without placing the tray in boiling water. Practice with your tongue on the roof of your mouth and touching the inside of the tray. Suck the air from the tray. This contours the guard to the inside surface of the teeth. Repeat with lower tray. 
Step 2: Bring water to a boil. Pour the water into a cup and let sit for 1 minute. Dip the tray into the water for 5 seconds. Make sure the edges do not fold onto each other (occurs when dipped for too long, if this happens, reshape tray back to original form, allow to cool and try again). 
Step 3: Lift the tray vertically from the water using the tab. Carefully and quickly place the tray around the teeth and then immediately perform the procedure outlined in step 1. 
Step 4: The tray can be reformed multiple times by dipping them again into hot water, repeat until satisfied. 
Step 5: Once you are satisfied with the fit, trim the front tab away from the tray with scissors.

Whitening Treatment Instructions:

Please do not rush the whitening process. Going slowly and achieving results in the long run is the best way. Keep the use of gel to a minimum, less is more. Keep the gel away from your gums as they may irritate them/cause temporary bleaching of gums. 

Step 1: Brush and floss just prior to bleaching your teeth. Dispense .5 ml of gel into a small bowl and using the applicator brush, apply a thin layer of gel to the front teeth only, keep the gel away from the gums. Do not whiten the back teeth, since no one can see them. 
Step 2: Insert whitening trays in the mouth over the teeth. Immediately wipe any excess gel off of the gums. Wear the trays for 15 minutes and up to 4 hours if a stronger treatment is desired. If sensitivity or irritation occurs, wait 24 hours between treatments and use less gel. Repeat process daily as needed. 
Optional: If you have an LED tray light, you can place it over the trays and use it for 15 minutes at the start of each session. Make sure to take out the clear plastic safety disk in the battery compartment before attempting to turn on. 
Final Step: Gently remove any excess gel that remains on the teeth. 

If you need faster results, mix the gel with a small amount of water before applying as water/saliva can activate the whitener. Shelf life of whitener is approximately 12 months upon receiving when stored properly in a cool, dark place.

Remineralization Gel Instructions:

Use the remineralization gel after each teeth whitening treatment to eliminate any sensitivity or use as often as needed/desired. 

Step 1: Brush your teeth each time before using the remineralization gel. The gel is most effective on clean teeth. 
Step 2: Make sure that dental trays are clean and dry before applying remineralization gel into them. Moisture reduces the efficacy of the remineralization gel. 
Step 3: Apply a small amount of remineralization gel around the bottom interior of the dental tray. 
Step 4: Position the dental tray over your teeth and press gently so that the remineralization gel covers the entire surface of your teeth. Wipe off any overflow gel. Wear dental trays as needed from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Overnight applications are acceptable. 
Step 5: After your remineralization session, clean the dental trays with warm water and toothbrush.
