This baking mat is awesome! It is 100% Professional German Grade, FDA Safe & BPA Free Silicone. It is heat resistant from -40°F up to 450°F and is oven, dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe. It is nonstick and you really do not have to add cooking spray or butter to it to keep food from sticking to it nor do you have to stick to baking with this mat. It is great to cook anything without the worry of your foods sticking to the bottom of the pan! Just pick a recipe from the free E-book they provide you in your email after you purchase this mat. The recipes are great and easy to make.

The instructions state that the product needs to be washed with soapy water and then to apply a thin layer of cooking oil to preserve it for the first use. It also states that after the first use this process does not need to be repeated unless you put it in the dishwasher. Honestly, I opted out of this step because this is the entire point of using these type of mats. This is a silicone mat and it seemed silly to add oil of any type to the mat because it will just bead up and roll off. I don't know, you can follow directions if you'd like, but I did not and this mat worked just perfectly for me. I am very happy with the quality of this mat and its design.  I like that the baking mat has rulers on it to help you measure food placement and that it has convenient circles which provide you with perfect sizing. I like to grab my cookie batches with a small scooper to get all the cookies coming out the same size and the circles are great because it lets me know how far to space them. Also, the baking mat is super easy to clean. Just wipe with detergent and rinse. Storage is also easy as you can lie it flat or roll it up for your convenience! The company states that this mat is reusable up to 2000 uses. This is going to save you so much money because now you won't have to purchase cooking spray or oils or nonstick baking sheets!
