I have tried KissMe Organics culinary grade green tea and I loved it so I knew I was also going to love this ceremonial grade version. I love the taste of it. A little goes a long way. I mixed 1 teaspoon of green tea in 8 ounces of water. I mixed it well until it dissolved. The matcha tastes earthy which does not bother me at all as I am taking in all of the benefits but if you'd like you can add some type of sweetener such as stevia, agave, or honey to enhance the taste of it. This green tea is great because it is a natural mood enhancer and sharpens mental focus while reducing stress levels. Consuming matcha can increase the body's metabolism rate, help reduce cravings, reduce water retention and improve the body's ability to burn calories. Matcha also provides 4-6 hours of mild steady energy as it acts as both stimulant and relaxant. This is an excellent source of energy for those needing the extra boost without the unnecessary jitters. 

This green tea also has up to 137x the antioxidants of brewed green tea. According to the company, Matcha is a fine powdered form of shade grown green tea leaves. This means you consume the entire leaf providing your body and mind with a maximum concentration of Polyphenols and EGCG.

Overall, I like this green tea very much. It was very soothing and calming and tasted great. The only think I didn't like was that the tea comes in a foil inside the tin. This was a very messy process to access the powder so I would recommend you dump the contents out of the foil and into the tin it comes packaged in. Other than that, I have no complaints. ^_^
