I've never owned a frother before but I sure was excited when I received this one. The design of the frother doesn't look quite fancy but the motor on that frother sure fools you. The motor is so fast and froths things up very quickly which impressed me. Don't do the rookie mistake I did and turn on the frother and then insert it into the drink intended; milk splattered all over the counter and floor. Instead try this: fill your cup three quarters of the way leaving enough room for the froth that is going to be formed. Next, insert the frother to the bottom of the cup and THEN turn on the frother. Depending on how frothy you want your drink will depend on how long you keep the frother on. After you have gotten your favorite consistency all you have to do is enjoy your delicious frothy drink! 

Make sure not to fill the cup all the way to the top

Instead put the frother into the cup FIRST and THEN turn it on

This handheld frother works great to make drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, foamed coffee, frothy hot chocolate and even works great to froth your tea! This frother operates using 2 AA batteries which are not included in the purchase. Take a note of the direction of the batteries as it took me several tries before I got the frother to turn on. One battery goes upright while the other is turned the other direction. Also, clean up is a breeze; just rinse the frother underneath the sink with and you're done! This is definitely a great tool to own and makes drinking your favorite drink more fun! Definitely recommend!
